Notes
Europe created and uses a system called "Paris Points". It increases from point 1 upwards with no half sizes. A single point on the Paris system equates to 2/3's of a centimeter. Russia, Turkey and most former Eastern bloc typically use the Paris point system. Typically UK shoe sizes are 1/2 a size or 1 size smaller than the US for men's. And 2 for women's. Australia and New Zealand generally use the UK system as well.
This system is universal and it's aim is to standardise all the various size system into one handy list. The advantage with the Mondopoint system is it measures the antomical size of the foot. This should ensure a greater chance of a shoe fitting the corresponding customer.
