[] Your order will be processed within 24-48 hours of receiving your payment.
[] All shoes are made a factory and not painted or colored.
[] All sizes run true to size.
[] Ask all questions BEFORE buying your sneakers. No refunds after your order has been shipped or processed.

SHIPPING/ DELIVERY

[] Shoelocker2003 shoes are shipped by UPS
[] You will get a confirmation of payment, after payment is received it will go through a 24-48 hour processing period which starts the following BUSINESS DAY. Meaning that HOLIDAYS and
WEEKENDS do not count, please do not email us if you are counting WEEKENDS and HOLIDAYS.
[] In some instances (not all), there will be a customs charge applied to your package.
[] Buyer is responsible for all customs charges (duty and tax) applied to you package & Shoelocker2003 has no idea what these amounts are.
[] Shoelocker2003 cannot control any issues with custom holds. By purchasing with Shoelocker2003 you are agreeing with our terms that we are not responsible for any actions by customs.
[] We will NOT ship C.O.D. -NEVER
[] WE WILL RETURN ANY PAYMENTS Yahoo Pay Direct IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A CONFIRMED SHIPPING ADDRESS.

RETURN POLICY

[] No refunds on any sneakers. (THE ONLY WAY THAT I WILL ISSUE A REFUND IF I CAN T GET YOUR SHOES TO YOU WITHIN A MONTHS TIME, WHICH IS VERY RARE)
[] No exchanges on any sneakers unless error was on our part.
[] Customers are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their sneakers if they need to make exchange. (You are responsible for the shipping cost to send them back to me)

MONEY ORDERS

All money orders must include the following information:

[] Include the item number in which you are ordering

[] The correct amount is required, or the money order will be sent back to the sender

[] Of course by ordering with a money order, may delay your shipment, considering that it is being delivered by USPS mail services.
