ANCHORAGE GLACIER PILOTS

The Anchorage Glacier Pilots is one of two Alaska Baseball League teams located in Anchorage. Their home field is Mulcahy Stadium, built in 1964, which they share with the Anchorage Bucs. Grandstand seats with seat backs are in a small covered grandstand behind home plate. Open box seats are located behind each dugout. Open general admission bleacher seating is located down each line. The press box is located on the grandstand roof. Video cameras are used for each game and the highlights are heavily televised in the Anchorage area.

These photos are from the game on Tuesday, 6/19/01, 7:00 p.m. game when the Pilots hosted Athletes In Action. All of my original photos on this page are approximately one-quarter size. Netscape users can right-click and view-image to see the full-size images.
