»Provide paper, scissors, glue, markers, and cardboard for children to make their own market signs 
»Sculpt food with clay or play dough

»Set up a farm in the dramatic play center with food, baskets, cider jugs, aprons, buckets, seed packets, etc. 
»Set out wagons with hay and bikes outside 
»Set up a garden area outdoors with hoe, rake, and shovel

Circle Time

Finger play: The Barn

This is the barn. (Make an inverted v with hands touching fingers and thumbs) 
with a big open door. (move thumbs apart) 
this is the straw. (touch hands back to back and touch fingers) 
that we see on the floor. 
here are some rabbits. (make bunny ears with index and tall fingers on both hands) 
quick close the door! (quickly clap hands together.)
