WELCOME! to SHM Career Circle.
We chose the circle concept to represent the reality that few of us will ever have lifetime employment. At some point in our careers most of us will be moving around the circle of career transitions, sometimes by choice, other times due to circumstances beyond our control.
The idea of this Web site is that those who are currently on the happily employed section of the circle can help those who are on other parts of the circle by forwarding the job seekers resume to employers for active job postings or to hiring managers with an employer prior to a formal posting.
As time passes the seekers will likely become happily employed and in a position to help other job seekers. People will be on different places of the circle at different times but the network of friends and neighbors helping friends and neighbors will continue.
