the witch

The Witch is something I've been cooking in my head since the 7th grade. All this time I've absorbed ideas and influences and now I'm looking at something quite different. The fic is original and it centers a reality where the world was created by an entity known as IT. However IT found the world it'd created faulty and abandoned it. Before this IT created the angels to guard it. It didn't take long for the angels to become infected as well and they fought for the world. Warlocks and witches were born from barbarians to help the angels in their battle. Eventually the world was left in the hands of the gifted (witches, warlocks, demons), who created an empire known as the Elite.

The story centers around Susan Rinoa Keller, a shadow weaver witch from the House of the Hand, a clan of weavers that the Elite thought they'd destroyed. Shadow weavers are the creation of the angel Lucifer and he wanted to use these warlocks and witches in his search for the 7 words of creation. Susan has been raised a human, because of her feared heritage, but very soon she'll ascend to receive her family's powers and that is something the Elite would prevent at all costs, if they only knew.

This one is too fucking multi-layered to be explained simply. Susan is a enslaved creature who has a terrible relationship with her father. She hates him, but needs him and he uses that power to wheel her. As Susan starts awakening she meets Mariah, David and Damien, who're the other important characters in this fic. Lil Susie however is far from your usual heroine. She's weak where the abused Damien for example is always on top of things. Susan and Damien are my most beloved characters and as you have already guessed Damien is an evil shonen bastard thats meant to balance the equation.

Gosh there's so much I could say about the Witch. Lets just say, it has wicked lyrics and all the nasties I could've ever invented. I think the R-rating just says it all. This is my principal work. A beautiful butterfly.
