This is the Autism section. 

Lots of people ask me "What does that mean...autistic????" and the word itself (thanks to Dustin Hoffman) evokes images of Rain Man.  Yes, Rain Man the movie is about autism, however, the character Hoffman plays is a compilation of several forms of autism.  It`s diverse, more complicated than a simple explanation can provide, and very individualized depending on the specific case.

Many people have no idea what Autism is.  If you have no idea either, then join the club.  I will not re-invent the wheel here.  I am gonna just link you right on to the folks who can answer all the questions.  If the link for Yahoo! Health doesn`t work for whatever reason, then just go through your search engine to the "yahoo health" site and type in Autism.  There is a wealth of current stuff there.  The other link is to the Autism Society of America.  Very good, concise info there also. 

Jessica`s story is all about victory.  I am currently working to get it all down in black and white, so tune in.  Eventually, I will put a link here that says "Jessica`s story" or the like, and you can read all about it.
