The sun was shining brightly on a beautiful day of the calm sky as birds were singing cheerfully, enjoying the warm sunlight. Bom Bom City was peaceful once again, and everyone returned to their normal everyday lives, being as happy as ever.
Ever since the destruction of the evil Dark Beings and their ruler, Koutei, the people of Bom Bom City decided to have a special event today in celebration of their City being safe and harmonious from those horrific Dark Beings.
Meanwhile outside Dr. Gray Bom's laboratory, Shiro Bom, Aka Bom, Kiiro Bom and Ao Bom plus their pets gathered together playing their all-time favourite game, baseball.
Aka Bom and the pets sat watching the game, with Shiro Bom pitching, Kiiro Bom batting, and Ao Bom catching.
"This is so wonderful-I've never been this happy in my life!"Aka Bom said to Pi-Po, who sat next to her and smiled in agreement.
Shiro Bom threw the baseball as fast as lightning, but Kiiro missed it by an inch, and ended up with the baseball bat on his head, rubbing the pained area of his bruised head.
"Hey! That's not fair! The sun was in my eyes!"Kiiro claimed angrily, swinging the bat around. Shiro Bom laughed triumphantly.
"Don't give me that as an excuse! You know you couldn't hit the ball because I'm too good!"Shiro crossed his arms and laughed some more.
Ao Bom at the back of the field called out to Aka Bom,
"Hey, Aka! Why don't you play?"
"That's okay! I'll just watch you guys."she called back.
Rui Rui was scorekeeper and stood on the bench next to Aka Bom, waving his hands around. Windbird was busy eating cake, and Poni was sleeping on the soft grass.
The Dr. came to see Shiro and the others-he was quite bored so he decided to watch the game.
"Hi, grandpa!"greeted Ao Bom, "Come to watch us play?"
"It's been so quiet in the lab I thought I'd just drop by."
"It's so great there's no Dark Beings to fight! Now everything is peaceful and we can have fun everyday with nothing to worry about!"said Shiro Bom, having a rest to eat some cake.
"That was a tough battle! We wouldn't have made it if it wasn't for grandpa's robots..."
"Plus our true friendship and determination"added Kiiro Bom
"Don't forget our pets and the legendary powers we were given,"winked Aka Bom.
The Dr. nodded his head, "The lives of the innocent citizens of Bom Bom City are very valuable to life itself, and it is important to remember how hard we've all worked to achieve peace. So I say we should go celebrate triumphant success of saving our precious city!"
"Oh, that's a great idea, Dr!"said Aka Bom excitedly "Let's go into the city and get some food and decorations for a party at the lab!"
"Yeah! It'll be fantastic!"said Shiro Bom, stretching his arms out, "We'll have lots of cake and delicious food!"
"Cool-so what are we waiting for? Let's go!"said Kiiro Bom.
Their pets were excited too, and they all travelled to the city's stores to get the supplies.
It was unknown to them that the people were planning a huge party for them already, right in the city centre. As soon as Shiro et al arrived at the city centre, all of the citizens jumped out and greeted them,
"WELCOME TO BOM BOM CITY VICTORY PARTY!!"
The Bom group were so surprised, and it was totally unexpected. There were pretty decorations adorning the stores, rainbow streamers filled the streets, and a huge banner with the Victory Party greeting on it. The Bom group's eyes lighted up, and it made them feel so special. Every single person of Bom Bom City was at the party, showing their thanks towards Shiro and the others. Even Pink Bom was there, along with her father, her personal butler, all of her maids and servants, her admirer, plus her new fianc"[her father contributed to most of the party, hiring special chefs to make elaborate food and providing a parade as a ceremony).
She approached Shiro and his friends "On behalf of all the people of Bom Bom City, I'd like to thank you for saving our beloved home city and this party is in celebration of you guys! You're our city's heroes!"
The people cheered and applauded for Shiro et al. The Bom group felt like true heroes, where everyone looks up to them and appreciates them. They were really proud of their success.
Pink Bom's father, Rich Bom welcomed them "This party is for you, so have lots of fun!"
Everyone began to enjoy the party, laughing and joking and playing games.
"This is so cool! A party arranged just for us! Start a line here if you want my autograph!"said Kiiro with a mischievous smirk on his face.
"Wow, isn't this great grandpa?"asked Ao Bom rhetorically, looking around and admiring the decorations
"Well, I guess we don't have to arrange our own party after all."Gray Bom said joyfully, watching the happy people.
Shiro had a delighted look on his face, but then felt a little guilty because someone was missing, "I'm glad that this party is for us, but we don't deserve all the credit-Kuro Bom helped us so many times, and the party ought to include him"
"Shiro Bom is right! We owe our lives to Mr. Kuro Bom! He is an honourable fighter who mustn't be left out!"Aka eye's began to sparkle, and seemed like she was staring into space.
"Yeah, but he wouldn't want to come to the party anyway, so why worry about him?"said Kiiro Bom while stuffing his face with cake and all sorts of food.
"Kuro Bom is a loner, and although he acknowledges us as his friends, he's the kind of person who would rather be away from the crowd."Explained the Dr.
Rui Rui sat next to Kiiro gobbling dessert and cookies, with the crumbs all over his face, "Lui! Lui-lui lui!!"
"Bi-bo bi!!"Pi-Po devoured berries, oranges, and other kinds of fruit, along with Windbird and Poni chomping on burgers and fries.
"Anyway, let's try and enjoy this event. We can still dedicate the party to Kuro Bom in his absence."Ao Bom said positively.
The Bom group (besides Kiiro and the pets who were too busy pigging out) began to check out other activities of the party when Shiro noticed a familiar figure standing at the corner of a store.
"Look over there you guys."
Another figure emerged from behind the store. Aka Bom turned her head in the direction Shiro Bom was facing,
"It's Mr. Kuro Bom! What's he doing here?"
The group approached their mysterious friend.
"Hi, Kuro! How come you're in Bom Bom City?"wondered Shiro, with a pleasant look on his face.
And there Kuro Bom was standing, with his younger twin brother, Jack, standing next to him.
Kuro folded his arms and replied in his normal tone of voice,
"Jack wanted to visit the City, so I brought him here to have a look around."
"Aw, that's so sweet of you Mr. Kuro Bom!"Aka was blushing.
"So how do you like the city so far, Jack?"asked an interested Dr. Gray Bom
"Well, it's nice so far, but we just got here and there's a big commotion"
"We're having a party here in the city in celebration of us defeating the Dark Beings!! Why don't you guys join us?"invited Shiro Bom cheerfully.
"Come on big brother, let's go join the party!"
"Okay, fine."Said Kuro Bom, even though he didn't like being in the loud public.
They returned to the food stalls where Kiiro Bom was. A round yellow shape was lying on the ground and there were smaller round shapes on the ground too.
"Kiiro Bom!! You ate all the food!"Shiro Bom stamped his foot infuriated.
The bloated Kiiro Bom was struggling to move,
"It wasn't just me! Look at Windbird and the other pets!"
The animals were holding their stomachs from being too full up.
A large dragon suddenly appeared, spreading his wide wings and smiling.
"Oh, it's you Hiryu!"Aka Bom greeted him with a pleasant smile.
"I guess he was having a great time!"noticed Ao Bom.
Kiiro Bom was still squirming about, and Ao Bom and Shiro Bom went to help him up.
Aka Bom rolled her eyes, "Anyway"et's go and have fun!"
The gang started to have a great time, and the party was full of energy and jubilation.
Just then, a bunch of floats began flowing down the main street, with Rich Bom and his family on one float, and some officials on another.
An unnoticeable camera crew was present, and was filming the party the whole time, with a reporter broadcasting the event for tomorrow's news.
The Bom gang were asked to each stand on a special float, and as they drifted down the street passing the adoring crowd, confetti rained down on Shiro et al and the cheering citizens. The Bom gang waved at them and smiled joyfully, and reached the end of the street. The city mayor gave an announcement to the people,
"We are gathered here today to celebrate the victory of Shiro Bom, Ao Bom, Aka Bom, Kiiro Bom, Kuro Bom, and Dr. Gray Bom for saving our city and restoring peace to our world from those evil Dark Beings. They are true heroes, and they should be remembered for generations to come, so I officially declare today, Victory Heroes Day!"
People clapped and cheered loudly, and started chanting, "Victory Heroes Day! Victory Heroes Day!!"The crowd waved their hands in the air, and continued chanting.
"Thank you so much for protecting our city!"
"It was our destiny to be the fighters to save our home city! If any thing else threatens the lives of Bom Bom City, we'll be there to stop the menace!"Shiro said proudly.
And with that in mind, the gang were rewarded generously and people carried on with the party until the darkness of the night.
