Episode 19: Brown Dragon's Technique"

Black: And where are you going?
Brown: I'll try my hand at defeating the b-daman.
Black: What? Do you WANT to die?
Brown: With all due respect sir, it's better to die then live knowing that you could have done something.
(Brown flies away.)
Black: COME BACK HERE! THAT'S AN ORDER!!!
(Brown continues to fly away, and meanwhile Akira is in his home watching television when Melody comes in with mail.)
Melody: Akirabon! Akirabon!
Akira: What?
Melody: You know how Queen Akabon had that grown ups party before?
Akira: Yeah.
Melody: Jikobon is back in town and he's throwing a bash for the kids.
Akira: Jikobon again? Let me guess you're the guest of honor.
Melody: Yep, surpassingly enough hes invited you.
Akira: Really?
Melody: It's couples only Akirabon, so you'd better find a date.
(Melody tosses him his ivitation and walks away humming "We be lonely" *Kurobon's image song *.)
Akira: Who in the world am I going to get to come?
(Meanwhile Brown flies down and land in the mountains.)
Brown: The problem that Red and Blue had was that they just charged right in without a plan. I on the other hand have one.
(He laughs and then glows. The glow gets smaller and smaller until it stops. Soon in the place of brown stands a brown b-da boy with a black leather jacket, jeans a white shirt and blue eyes.)
Brown: Now to go undercover.
(He walks toward the town. In this instant Akira gets to Rei's house.)
Akira: I hope she doesn't get the wrong idea.
(He knocks on the door and inside the house Rei is watching TV when her mother calls down.)
Rei's mom: Can you get that?
Rei: Sure mom.
(She opens it and is surprised to se Akira)
Rei: What are you doing here?
Akira: I suppose you got an invite to Jikobon's party.
Rei: Yeah it just came in the mail.
Akira: Well since there's no way that you're gonna find a date, I was hoping you'd go with me.
Rei: What?
Akira: Rei lets be honest. You're very...masculine. You like most of the same things that guys like, and that really turns guys away from you. I on the other hand like girls like that.
(Rei begins to growl.)
Akira: So to save us both the embarrassments, I want to take you.
Rei: SO I'M NOT ATTRACTIVE?
Akira: I never said that.
(She takes out a mallet.)
Rei: THAT'S EXCACTLY WHAT YOU SAID!
(She swings, and hits a home run. Akira flies up into the sky until he is just a star.)
Rei: That Jerk!
(She sighs and puts the mallet away.)
Rei: He's a real blockhead, but he's right. If I show up without a date I'll be the laughingstock of everyone.
(Meanwhile up the street, brown is walking around.)
Brown: I wonder where those b-daman live?
(Brown does not notice the bus that is about to hit him, but Rei up the street does.)
Rei: Look out!!
(Brown looks and leaps out the way just in time.)
Rei: Are you okay?
Brown: I am thanks to you!
Rei: No problem.
(Brown suddenly senses something.)
Brown(Thinking.): I sense she has a strong hatred for that brat Akirabon..
Rei: Hey, are you going to the party?
Brown: What party?
Rei: Jikobon's party.
Brown: No.
Rei: Oh you have no one to go with?
Brown: You could say that.
Rei: Well maybe you'd like to go with me?
(Brown is about to decline when he thinks about it.)
Brown(Thinking.): I could use this girl to get closer to Akirabon, then I can kill him.
Rei: Well?
Brown: Okay sure!
Rei: It's a date! Umm what's your name?
Brown: B...
(Brown shuts his mouth.)
Brown: Bakiyou.
(He races through his mind for last names.)
Brown: Ryu Bakiyou.
Rei: I'm Rei lee. I hope to have a good date with you.
Bakiyou: Yes I hope so too.
(Rei goes back inside her house.)
Bakiyou: Yes..Now I shall destroy the b-da fighting forces one key link!
(Later the doorbell rings at Akira's house and Shiro gets it.)
Shiro: Hello?
(It's Akira and he's covered with leaves, paw prints dirt and a bit of cement.)
Shiro: Rejected?
Akira: Rejected.
Shiro: Oh well. Better luck next try?
Akira: But a nice girl gave me a ride home in her bicycle. Her name is Aya Matamoto, and she said she'd go with me.
Shiro: Good work kid. Looks like you have the ol Shirobon charm.
Akira: I just want some Shirobon antiseptic.
(Later that night Akira's mom is preparing her son and daughter for the party.)
Akira's mom: I can't believe my little girl is growing up so fast!
Melody: Don't worry Mummy, I'll still be your little Me-chan.
(Akira walks in.)
Akira: How do I look?
(He's wearing a tux with the same baseball cap.)
Akira's mom: Delightful dear.
Melody: Akirabon take that dopey hat off.
Akira: No!
Melody: Mummy! Make him take it off!
Akira's mom: Hon if he likes his hat let him keep it.
Melody: But he'll embarrass me an Jiko!
Akira's mom: I don't think it'll matter.
Akira: Okay mom I think that we're ready to go.
Akira's mom: Now remember you two act decent. You represent this house and me.
(They nod, and now flash to Rei's house where Rei steps out ready to go.)
Rei: Where is he?
(She is dressed in a traditional Japanese kimono with her long black hair braided.)
Rei: I hope his parents can drop him..
(Meanwhile brown or Bakiyou is walking to Rei's place.)
Bakiyou: I'd better find a faster mode of transportation.
(He heads to a car dealership and demands a car.)
Employees: Sure kid. Just go tell your mummy.
(Bakiyou smiles an evil smile and then turns into Brown dragon.)
Brown: Loan or cash?
Employee: Any way you want it sir...
(Soon Bakiyou shows up at Rei's place in a lambergini.)
Rei: Whoa..
Bakiyou: Hop in!
Rei: You can DRIVE?
Bakiyou: Yeah! Can't you?
Rei: No I'm only twelve.
Bakiyou: I'm a fast learner.
(Rei gets in the car and they drive away. Soon they get to Jiko's place that is a huge convention center.)
Rei: Whoa Jikobon! How did you manage to snag this place?
Jiko: It helps to have a rich aunt.
(Then Akira arrives with his sister and his date Aya, who is dressed in a pink dress. She is a tan b-daman with green hair and hazel eyes. )
Akira: Hello everyone.
(Rei glares at him and his date.)
Akira(Chuckles.): Look who has a date.
Rei: I'm a bit surprised Akirabon. How much did you tip her?
(Akira steams.)
Bakiyou: Ahh this must be Akirabon.
Rei: A real jerk of jerks.
Akira(To Bakiyou): Don't let her scare you. She's all bark and no bite.
Rei: But when I do bite watch out.
Akira: Right slugger.
Aya: Can we go in? It's cold out here.
Akira: Sure!
(They go in and Bakiyou tries to strike at Akira but fails.)
Bakiyou(Thinking): Rats! I just missed my chance! But there should be many more...
(Inside the kids dance and talk.)
Rei: Bakiyou kun, would you like to dance?
Bakiyou: I'm afraid that I'm not very good..
Rei: Come on.
(They dance and as Bakiyou said he isn't very good.)
Rei: You dance like you have two left feet.
Bakiyou: I'm going for a drink.
(He goes there and spots Akira, and then walks into his face.)
Akira: Hey! Why so close?
Bakiyou: Are you ready to die boy?
(Then he briefly changes his face to dragon form.)
Akira: BROWN?!
(Then Bakiyou swiftly dunks the boy's head into the punch bowl in an attempt to drown him.)
Rei: Bakiyou!
(The party stops and looks. Then Akira pulls his head out and shoves the dragon b-da half away and shoots him with a b-da blast.)
Bakiyou: Curse this form! I no longer need it!
(He glows and grows bigger. Then he turns into Brown dragon.)
Rei: A dragon?
Aya: Watch out Akirabon kun!
Melody: Akirabon!
(Brown dragon flaps his wings and knocks Akira off the balcony.)
Brown: Your life ends HERE!
Akira: NO way!
(He charges up his b-da and fires a huge blast.)
Brown: GAHHHHHHH! How do you do that?
Akira: Training!
(Brown then turns and grabs Rei.)
Rei: HEEEEEELLLLLLLLLPPPP!
Akira: You let her go!
(Brown flies through the roof sending debris all around. Akira charges up and fires again hitting Brown head on. This causes the dragon to fall and land on the ground.)
Rei: How about stopping him with out killing me?!
(Akira climbs on the fallen Brown and tries to pry Rei out of his clutches, but he doesn't see Brown slowly take his other claw and pluck him with it.)
Rei: Akirabon!
Akira: What is this? "Send Akirabon flying day?"
(He disappears in the sky.)
Brown: Now there is no hope for any of you!
(Brown laughs and Rei begins to cry.)
Rei: The last thing I said to you...wasn't goodbye..
(Akira is flying up in the air and is beginning to descend when he hits the b-da of a robot flying through the air.)
Akira: Which robot is this?
(The Black Devistator.)
Akira: Drat...
(Kurobon looks out and sees the boy.)
Kurobon: I thought I killed you! Well I won't fail this time.
(Kuro fires and this causes Akira to fly back towards the ground, where Brown is about to destroy everything.)
Brown: Now you all die!
Akira: HEADS UP!
(Brown looks up to see Akira riding the b-da shot of the black Devistator.)
Brown: Noooooo!!!!!
(The b-da hits brown's b-da head on and Akira is absorbed inside of the dragon's b-da. Brown drops Rei as he yells in pain and she is absorbed too. Soon Brown's b-da falls out, and without a b-da to live off of the now almost dead Brown falls backwards onto a nearby propane storage plant, causing an explosion.)
Jiko: Dragon flambe. Yum yum..
Melody: Akirabon! Rei!
(Then they can see a figure through the flame then two figures.)
Aya: Is that...
(Akira then walks out with Rei in his arms like they had just been married or something. Everyone whoops and cheers at seeing them alive.)
Akira: You okay?
Rei: Yeah, a bit shaken but okay.
(Then her eyes well up with tears.)
Rei: I was such a fool! How could I have gone out with a dragon? Just because I wanted to look good at a dance? I could have been killed!
Akira: Don't worry about it. No one could have seen that coming.
Melody: Akirabon you're okay!
Akira: That's right. But Rei and I are going to a restaurant and then a quiet evening at our houses.
Melody: Okay.
Jiko: I think we'll move the party to my aunt's house.
Akira: See you then.
(They wave good bye to Akira and Rei and go on with the party.)
Akira: I hope this doesn't mean anything. (Jokingly) I'm afraid of commitment.
Rei: Then you'd better take me home cause Rei's a commitment b-da girl.
(She laughs and so does Akira.)
Rei: Wait! What happened to your date?
Akira: I don't know? I hope she understands..
(Meanwhile Aya walks down the dark street alone. Then she flashes and changes to a beautiful b-da woman with angel wings and an arrow set.)
Aya: Wow that was fun! Another couple together and I didn't have to do anything! Cupid will have to let me be his partner in February for sure now!
(She flies away into the silent night. Meanwhile Black sits awake in his sleeping quarters with a expression of fear on his face because he knows he is the last dragon alive.)
