Episode 15: Blue Dragon's Icy Challenge"

Blue: So...
(Then Blue begins to laugh and then he covers his face. Once he removes his hand his face is harder more evil looking.)
Brown: Um Blue?
Blue: You know how every winter there is a day that is colder than any other?
Brown: Yeah I know, why?
Blue: On that day, I become more powerful because I am the dragon of ice! And now with this newfound power...
(He is silent.)
Blue: I will destroy the pilots.
(Meanwhile Akira, Rei, Shoizu, Ken, and Melody are heading to school in the brisk snow.)
Shoizu: Why are we going to school today?
Ken: Cause' it's only an inch of snow dipwad.
Shoizu: Want me to break your pretty face?
Akira: Come on guys it does us no good to argue.
(They continue to walk until they get to the school. They go inside all except Akira.)
Akira: What is that?
(He cups his hands over his eyes and strains to see something on top of the faraway mountains, and sees what seems to be Blue dragon flapping his wings.)
Akira: So it looks like the dragons have come out to play.
(He walks over to a payphone and dials Dr.Grey's number and soon Dr.Grey picks up.)
Dr grey: Hello?
Akira: It's me Akirabon.
Dr. Grey: I know that. What is it?
Akira: Blue dragon is on the summit of a mountain, and I think that's where the dragons live.
Dr. Grey: Well that's a good sighting. I think I'll send the squad up right away.
Akira: I'll be there as soon as possible.
Dr. Grey: Okay.
(They hang up, and Dr. Grey addresses Ao now.)
Dr.Grey: Akirabon says he knows where the dragons live now.
Ao: I can't do anything about that now, I'm working on making my robot snow-proof.
Dr.Grey: Then I'll send out for Shiro and the others right away.
(Later Shiro, Kiiro and Aka head up to the mountain.)
Shiro: Man its cold! Why can't the dragons attack on a warmer day?
Kiiro: Because that would be a NICE thing of them.
Aka: Why aren't we using our robots anyway?
Kiiro: Because Aobon said something about making them "Snow-proof."
Shiro: So now we're hoofing it.
(Then with a crash Blue dragon lands in front of them.)
Shiro: You!
Blue: Surprised?
Aka: You look uglier somehow.
(Blue growls and breaths ice at them.)
Everyone: WAH!
(They are soon all frozen.)
Blue: This was too easy! Now I'm bored... (Thinks) That's it...
(Blue begins to laugh, and now we go to Akira's school where breakfast is being served.)
Akira: I wish I could be with Shirobon now.
(Rei sits down beside him.)
Rei: What's wrong with you?
Akira: I could be out helping Shirobon but I'm here.
Rei: Then leave.
Akira: Well I doubt that they'd just let me walk out.
Rei(Sighs): Akirabon you've got to learn to make some noise in the world.
Akira: What do you mean?
Rei(Winks.): If you don't make some noise in life you'll never be heard.
(Then Rei picks up some food.)
Akira: What are you doing?
(Then she tosses it at a nearby b-daman.)
B-daman: HEY!
(He tosses some food back and Rei ducks. The food hits a guy behind her.)
Guy: FOOD FIGHT!!!
(The kids begin to throw food at each other.)
Rei: Now! Get out and help your friends!
Akira: But..
Rei: NOW!
Akira: Okay!
(He sneaks out of the cafeteria and gets his coat. Once that is done he runs out into the winery landscape. Akira runs toward the summit and soon gets there.)
Akira: Where are they?
Blue from Behind: You should really think about yourself kid.
Akira: What? What have you done with them?
Blue: Same thing that's going to happen to you!
(Blue breathes ice, that Akira manages to avoid this.)
Akira: Give me your best shot!
(Then an ice bank falls on Akira.)
Blue: Well that was eaiser than it should have been. Now let the games begin!
(Hours later Ao has finally snow proofed the robots.)
Ao: that was a lot of work but It should be worth it.
(Then Melody walks in.)
Melody: Have you seen Akirabon?
Ao: No. What happened to him?
Dr. Grey: He called here early this morning.
Melody: He wasn't seen in any of his classes.
Ao: Then I wonder where he is?
Melody: Do you think he went up after Shiro and the others?
Dr. Grey: It is a possibility.
Ao: I'll go up in the Blue Braver and find them
Melody: I want to go.
Ao: I don't think so. It's too dangerous.
Melody: I owe Akirabon this! I trashed his bot and now he needs my help!
Ao: But.
Melody: Please. I need to make this up to him.
Ao: I guess if you feel this strongly about it.
(Then the monitor suddenly pops on and Blue dragon is on TV)
Dr. Grey: What is this? Preempted Television?
Ao: I think it's an announcement from Blue dragon grandpa.
Blue(On TV): Hello b-daman. I know that you are there you robot toting weaklings.
Melody: What does he want?
Blue: I have your friends right here on ice! And if you want to find out how to save them, come up to the summit right away! Remember time is of the essence!
(The TV goes off.)
Ao: Now we have to go quickly!
(Melody nods and they both get into the Blue Braver, and then the robot launches off, and soon they are at the top of the summit. Blue has made a icy throne for himself.)
Blue: About time you got here.
Ao: Where are they?
Blue: Don't you want to find out why I called you here?
Melody: Where's my brother?!
Ao: We don't have time for games Blue dragon tell us where our friends are!
Blue: But you'll have to play a game to find out where they are.
Ao: Is that what you called us up here for?
Blue: Yes. Now are you going to listen or do I have to leave your friends where they are?
(Ao and Melody nod.)
Blue: Good. Now I've hidden your friends in places all over this mountain range.
Melody: But if they stay hidden for too long they'll freeze!
Blue: Exactly. So as a little diversion for myself I decided to send you on a hunt to see who you can find before they freeze to death.
Ao: That should be easy with...
(Then Blue freezes the Blue Braver.)
Ao: Rats.
Blue: No outside help!
Melody: This is gonna be hard...
(She and Ao begin to start the seemingly impossible search.)
Melody: Aobon san, we'll freeze before we can find your friends and my brother.
Ao: I know...What can we do?
(Then Ao begins to think.)
Ao: Hmm... It's kinda funny though.
Melody: What?
Ao: I got it! This isn't going to be as hard as I thought.
Melody: Mind clueing me in?
Ao: When Blue called us, he figured that we'd show up in the robot, and that's why he froze it. I'm pretty sure though that he didn't think we'd actually FIND any of our friends. He probably thinks that we'd give up trying because we'd be too cold. So Blue didn't take much time in hiding them.
Melody: So you think that...
Ao: That they'd be incredibly easy to find.
Melody: lets go then!
(Ao and Melody search around in the snow before them It's not long before they find someone.)
Ao: That face in the ice! It's Akabon!
Melody: Quick! How do we revive her?
(Ao takes out a portable b-da revival unit, and uses it to revive Aka.)
Aka(Groggily): Ugh. What happened?
Ao: Blue happened. You okay?
Aka: Yeah. Where is everyone else?
Melody: Blue wants us to find them.
Ao: Now you can help us too.
(They all begin to look and soon find Kiiro behind a cave covered with snow, and Ao revives him too.)
Ao: Kiirobon?
Kiiro: Man I'm COLD! (Grabs the coat out of Ao's hand.) Thanks man.
Ao: Right. Do you know where everyone else is?
Kiiro: No.
Aka: Blue knocked us cold before he hid us.
Ao: We'll have to keep searching then.
(Shiro is a bit harder to find. The group continues to search by heading up a mountain when they are assaulted by an...)
Kiiro(Pointing up): AVALANCHE!
(The group screams and runs back down the mountain.)
Melody: It's catching up!
(Then Blue sprays ice at them stopping them.)
Blue: No rule saying I can't come in!
Aka: You cheater!
(Then the avalanche hits them and they are forced down a cliff.)
Blue(Staring down after them): Well that takes care of them.
(Little does Blue know that everyone is hanging by a branch in the cliff.)
Kiiro: Okay now, no one should sneeze...
Ao: Blue knows we're close.. That's why he's trying to knock us out of the game.
Aka: Then lets run defensive!
Melody: Huh?
(Aka whispers the game plan to her comrades, and everyone nods and climbs back up. Later Blue is laughing at his foes.)
Blue: They're gone! And they haven't even found their other two friends.
(Then a snowball hits him.)
Blue: What the?
(Then Blue sees Kiiro and Aka.)
Blue: ALIVE?
Aka: You bet!
Kiiro: Bet you can't catch us!
Blue: Oh yeah?
(Blue flies at them, and they run. Then Ao and Melody sneak to the Blue Braver, and defrost it with their b-da. And this is also where Blue has stuck Shiro.)
Ao(jokingly): What are you doing in my robot?
Shiro: Shut up you nut.
Ao: You don't mind moving over do you I have a dragon to defeat.
Shiro: Sure, Teach Blue a lesson!
(Shiro gets up, and Ao gets into the Blue Braver.)
Ao: Okay Blue now...
(Then Blue fires a b-da at Aka and Kiiro that blows a pile of snow on them so that they cannot move.)
Blue: Now the finisher!
Ao: STOP!!!
(Blue turns around.)
Ao: I think it's time to end this!
(Then Blue holds up Akira.)
Blue: Forgetting something?
Melody: Akirabon!!!
Ao: I can't fire at blue and not hit Akirabon...
Blue: Ha ha ha! Nothing you can do!
Melody: What do we do?
Ao: Go for broke!
Everyone: What?!
(Ao begins to power up his shot.)
Aka: He wouldn't!
Blue: Hey! You're supposed to give up!
(Ao continues to power up.)
Blue(Putting arms up.): WAAAIIIIIITTTTTT!
(He drops Akira and then Ao dashes over and grabs the falling b-da boy.)
Kiiro: Aobon you old fox, you knew that Blue wouldn't expect that!
Blue: My ace card is gone!
Ao: It's over! Ice fire b-da shot!
(Then a flaming blue b-da flies at Blue dragon. Blue blocks it and it pushes him into a mountain, and Ao fires another which drills into the unlucky Blue like a drill goes through wood.)
Blue(softly): And I fall too...
(Blue then disappears and there is an explosion.)
Shiro: Yay yay!
Melody: Blues gone!!
(Akira awakens slowly and looks around.)
Akira: Hey guys what did I miss?
(Later they all sit in front of a fire place in Dr. Grey's lab.)
Shiro: Aobon did it!
(Ao blushes.)
Aka: Who knew that sweet Aobon had it in him?
Kiiro: We all have the primal urges to kill.
(They look at Kiiro.)
Melody: I'm just glad that Akirabon is all right.
Akira: Yeah I'm glad too.
Melody: But mom is gonna kill you when she finds out you left school.
Akira: What she doesn't know can't hurt her.
(The b-da fighting forces continue to enjoy another victory near the fire place.)
