| Willing To Do Small Things - Ministry Steve Sjogren said " When I began to plant the church I now lead in Cincinnati, I expanded tremendous amounts of energy to get i f off the ground. I spoke with some 1500 people over a 2 yr period, sharing my vision for this new church and mustering up as much enthusiasm as I could. Yet in spite of all this effort, our first Sunday service saw only 37 in attendance. It was then I discovered the verse above : It is our job to do the planting and watering BUT GOD's to make growth happen. This insight has encouraged me as a leader and has reminded me of my limitations. ............"
