Chess... it's a classic.
My dad taught me how to play, wow, I don't know when. I was little, that much I know.

When we moved to the US, we had to get rid of lots of stuff. The chess system had been gathering dust for the past two years or so, so we didn't take it with us.

I still remember the first online site I ever came across - Todd Lehman's fibblesnork. One of his cool
creations came to mind when I got my hand on four of those funky "1x1 round brick with fins" pieces... I don't know why, because he didn't even use them, Somehow, I thought he did, and that inspired me to make one of my own.

And the result? now I have a chess system again! I played with my sister. Of course, that's a lose-lose situation - if I play as well as I can... she's a sore loser; and if I let her win, she complains that I think she's a baby. Little sisters, hrmph... :-) Otherwise, it worked quite nicely.

Well, here it is... click to enlarge.

P.S. Check out my
Wolfpack vs. Forestmen chess set!
