"Do you know when she'll get back, Kfir?"
"Soon, soon," the brown-haired lad answers, "patience, Jon. You know her - when she's ready, she'll let us know."
Shadows are drawing longer in front of the Bloodstone Inn as an unfamiliar girl approaches the two peasants.
"Excuse me," asks the foreign girl, "I come from a long journey, and wish to rest. I heard there is a lodging inn on this island. Can you tell me where it is?" "You just found it," answers Jon, "This is the Bloodstone Inn. I'll show you inside, if you wish." "Thank you, sir."
"I must go now, Jon," says Kfir, "don't worry, I know good news will arrive soon."
Jon shows the way, and the girl enters the inn. Making their way between crowded tables, they approach the innkeeper. "Wanda, this young lady wants to rent a room."
"Well, that's not a problem. Come with me, ma'am?" The innkeeper leads her through the crowded tavern and up the stairs, into a narrow corrider. |

"What room would you like? We have some very nice luxury rooms, but also a few lower-priced rooms. All of them are very nice, however." "A small room will be fine, thank you." "All right, step through here please... if you need anything, just come down and let me know." "Thank you, but that's all for now." |
