The Seneschal is the chief administrative officer and legal representative of the group. Also the point of contact between the Kingdom and the local group. It is the Seneschal's responsibility to report to the Kingdom about local activities and to let the group know about information received from the Kingdom and other groups. The Seneschal also is normally the point of contact for anyone interested in arranging for the group to do a demo or someone interested in getting info about the SCA and the local group. |
 Reeve

The Reeve is the Treasurer and is responsible for the groups finances. Any money that the group takes in, or spends, goes through this person. |
 Herald

The Herald is responsible for helping members of the group register a name and device for their SCA persona. The Herald will help with suggestions concerning what is, and is not, legal to use on a device. The Herald also calls group meetings to order and may make announcements at events. |

 Arts & Sciences

The Minister of Arts and Sciences is responsible for encouraging the arts and sciences in the group. This may range from helping set up a sewing guild to finding someone to teach middle ages dance. If people are interested in learning medieval arts and sciences the MOAS is the person to contact for information. |
 Knight Marshal

The Knight Marshal is responsible for encouraging the pursuit of the martial arts in the group. New people wanting to learn can get information about armor requirements, armor making, fighter practices and anything else relating to armored combat from the Knight Marshal. |
 Archery Captain

The Archery Captain is responsible for the archery activities within the group, whether it is an announced practice or archery at a local event. |
Chronicler
