As we all know my true undying love has always been the Calgary Flames. What better way to start off my summer than to tour the Pengrowth Saddledome. (for those of youwho are just a bit behind the times, that's where the Flames play all their at home action) Sitting in Jerome's cubbyhole, bodychecking my brother and Ana into the boards that were installed especially for the playoffs...and did I mention accidentally finding Martin Gelinas' home Stanley Cup Playoff jersey...and being so bold as to touch it!! Hell Yeah!
My brother's AAA team lost in like the quarter finals by one point or something, so I got to watch my cool and not so cool cousins race BMX in the freezing cold weather. That was fun...Yeah, my baby Rob won World's this year...that's right...He's Number 1!! Luv ya hunny!! YOU MAKE ME PROUD!! We had Riley with us, that was pretty cool too.
Went to the fair in Weyburn. That was pretty dang exciting. Like beyond belief exciting. All of what, 10 rides...don't get me wrong because that carosel will never get old. And pinkyMcpink horse will always be number one in my mind! I'd like to thank my stomach for not getting sick. Big shoutout there. Totally didn't eat anything at all that day but a Subway cookie at midnight is always good! (Don't get me started on Subway...I said don't!!)
And remember the day I got my new glasses and we had raise the roof then went out to Sode's cabin for the weekend. That was a good weekend. One of the only nice days in Saskatchewan, eh Saskies?? Yep. We were so sunburnt...even with the reapplication of sunscreen...Oh well, good times. Even though my knee was rugburnt by some unnamed people trying to push me off the dock. There were WAY too many people in that van though...
Camp. What more can I say. Just Say No. The seduction skills weren't THAT good afterall. And seriously STOP LOOKING AT MY BUM!! Oh man, those were some good times. Yep, good ole Metochos. Hey Kathryn, I think I've known you, what now, 3 day?? I think it's time we shower together...(Yeah you really had to be there) Brown Squirrel, Brown Squirrel, shake your bushy tail (ch ch ch) Brown Squirrel, Brown Squirrel Shake your bushy tail!! Wheo! SIT's RULE!! Yes, I do realize that my skirt is white and my underwear is orange, is that a problem for you?? I was so well loved in the kitchen.. Even though my 'hood name wasn't as cool as Grant's!! I'm sorry that Candace has absolutely nothing gangsta about it. But Capital C coulda kicked G-rant's butt anyday!! : P !(Just joshin) But I did have cooler socks.
SOAR. Canadec for fricking ever!! Aly, Jasmine, Sandi, Sara Red, Sara Blue, Kara...how could i forget Sara Orange!! Gwen, Nicola, Jenn, Heidi...Everyone else that I'm forgetting!! Seriously...good times!! I'm so addicted to Hi-5 now, I could live off it. And the night of Caramilk bars and bananas...whoa never going there anytime soon! Haha ooh I miss that!! I'm always here to support you!! Even if you are jumping off a thirty foot tree!! Or on a rickety bridge...or taking that fricking big spider from our teepee. Our strange obsession with David Bowie and the Labrinth. I like cake. I just don't know what to say. But Kara this its weird that Aly likes that I like cake. Oh man, that was so weird. And repetitive...If I ever find a hill in Saskatchewan I'll teach everyone the Zipper!! And that (expicit deleted) bug that bit me still has a mark on me and its September!! Strip Go Fish anyone? Or my favorite new game Egyptian Rattrap Flapjack. Going that long without a shower has gotta be bad for you... FONDUE!!! More of that was on my face and clothes than anything (except perhaps Aly and Jasmine) I'll never foget the mountains Aly!! Or that really freaky wolf...My skirt was pretty sweet if you ask me...and my feather boa belt...it was a winner...I didn't get a gun...damn...Julia our roadtrip is gonna kick some serious butt next sumer...soon it'll be me saying oh yeah I saw switchfoot and Relient K in concert!! that's right!!
Home for a week then get on a train that is 1.5 hours late Seriously I don'tknow how we made up that much time. Watch out Riquel, Adam's gonna cut off your Hebrew hair...boys aren't supposted to have hair that long!! Oh man is my brother a cool kid. Hey Chris!! (who the hell) Where's Sandi?? (who the hell) OMG WRONG PERSON (still who the hell) Oooh, You're Carole and Katie's cousin, you don't like Catlin either, we bonded i your car and went offroading on the way to LCBI. Good times. Sandi my love, it was awesome to get to spend the week with you. Yet seriously how do I miss saying goodbye to so many friends?? Chris you fell alseep in the Peer Ministry thing...man that was funny... Hey, yeah that Cajun sauce isn't hot... Go ahead...sniff it. Or eat it...that'll be just as funny....Crying funny...poor Burger King almost tapped out of Frutopia. Oh man and remember how there were 6 of us in that picture booth? Those were some good times....Madison I'm tired...will you carry me...Tanis pull up my pants...Noooo Madison you're squishing me to death!! Man it was cold at the wave pool park. What the hell was that anyway? A giant pool and 4 waterslides...I could have sworn that you were going somwhere else...and yet there you were...My roommates were cool though guys...I love people that snore when you have precious time to sleep. Whore central hotel... Seriously why couldn't we have been 3 home teams ahead and got the Sheraton?? I'll never stay in a HoJo Ever Again!! Its my birthday...Happy Birthday to you!! Man, how many people sang that to me? How many of them did I actually know?? Probably none. Ooh no, that cake has beef gelatin, better go throw it up!! Man I hate vegetarians like that...who really gives a crackerjack?? Ahh two people massaging my feet...We really started something that night when we first drew on Anthony's face...good ole Tony...took it like a man. Me and Adam are twins, did you know?? Yep, and our brother plays on the redwings!

And that' pretty much how my summer went...I mean I obviously left out MAJOR parts of camp, SOAR and Hamilton (I even managed not to call it Vancouver, for once in my life) If you were a partof my summer, I love you to death and want to see you again!! LUV AN LUV AN LUV. Peace.
