Silence instilled for five whole minutes, during which Jeff watched the individual members of the Jury think of their vote. The silence was broken when Jeff started to speak.
Jeff: Here is what will happen for tonight. In past Tribal Councils, the remaining survivors would vote against somebody. But tonight, as the voting power shifts from you, Goku and Leeja, to you, the jury, you will vote for somebody. Think about what you heard and what you experienced with them. Once you reach the voting booth, write down the name of the person who you think is the Ulitmate Survivor. Here's what's at stake: a whole bulk of food and seeds; seven years internet access, a prominent appearance in the Assorted Anime Tarot; recognition; residence of Shireneko Island; and the title of Anime Survivor. The runner-up will receive internet access for five years, and a minor appearance in the Assorted Anime Tarot. (Goku and Leeja clap their hand with excitement. For the last time, it's time to vote. (to Millefeuille) Millefeuille, you go first.
                 The voting had begun. first to vote was Millefeuille. She first wrote the name of her choice, then...
Millefeuille: Leeja, you hit the spot. Cookies do go with milk.
                 As shot by the camera, she voted for Leeja. She folds the voting paper up and placed it inside the voting urn. She then returned to her seat.
                 Then Kohran stood up and walked into the voting booth. Since she doesn't like both Goku and Leeja, but had no choice, we will not see whose name she had written. She then returned to her seat.
                 Then came Suzume. After writing her vote, she faced the camera and said...
Suzume: Leeja, you dimwit. When I said fool-proof, I meant that box can see you under a disguise. (shows her vote) At least, Goku had some brain left, because he knows he can't touch that box again.
                 As she said, she wrote "Goku" on her paper. She folded it and placed it inside the urn. She then said a word of congratulations for Goku.
                 Then Sano and Conan voted. Then came Tohya. Before he wrote down anything, he first looked up to think. He then wrote down his vote and showed it to the camera.
Tohya: Face your fears. Live your dreams. Congratulations, man.
                 Since we saw a different angle, we're still clueless to whom did Tohya vote. He immediately casted his vote to the urn.
                 Then came Yoriko. She first wrote her vote, then faced the camera.
Yoriko: Like I said, it is hard for me to decide. But, Goku, you're more useful during my 36 days here. Congratulations; you deserve it.
                 Once that was done, she returned to her seat. Jeff stood up.
Jeff: I'll gonna tally the votes.
                 Jeff went to the voting booth. He picked up the urn and returned to his podium, as Goku and Leeja grew more intense.
Jeff: Well, fellas, it's long night. But you have to wait a little longer. We will seal this urn with the seven votes inside. It will be opened in front of a live audience in a secret location disclosed to all of you. There we will reveal who is the Ultimate Survivor.
                 Just then, a helicopter landed on Shireneko Island near the Tribal Council area to pick up Jeff. Jeff took the urn with him. As the helicopter whisked Jeff away into the night sky, Goku and Leeja blankly stared at each other, not knowing what will happen next.
