the idea of the restaurant is, you collect the ingredients you want, from the buffet table, and these guys stir-fry them for you on this huge circular hotplate kind of thing. it's funny, there's that bell [next to the guy in white] that you can ring, upon which these guys will growl/grunt/howl/make-some-noise. of course, you ought to tip them for their "service". but i find it quite demeaning - why, are they are supposed to sound like mongolians enthusiastically cooking their meal? so strange.
