Chili Jam
This concoction makes a good base for most sweet chilli recipes.

2 medium sized red chillis
Krispie Cakes
A childhood favourite of gooey sweetness - and so easy to put together that children can make it. This recipe will make about 48 - depending on how small you cut them.
an ounce of unsalted butter
One slab of toffee
One bag of marshmallows
Box of Rice Krispies Cereal  or equivalent

Break up toffee and melt with the butter, on a low heat, in a large saucepan, stirring ocassionally. When it has melted, add all the marshmallows and continue to stir until melted. Stir in the Rice Krispies (the mixture will take more cereal than you'd initially think)
Turn out into a large tray/dish, press down well and cut into inch squares. Decorate with hundreds and thousands.
Allow a little time to set (an hour) and lift out squares.
Bake in the Bag Chicken
The bonus about this is that you can prepare batches in advance, freeze it and use when you need it. An even bigger bonus is that you don't have to clean the oven as often if you roast this way.
Beef, Stilton and Potato not Mousakka with a Morrocan twist
This recipe came about because I was bored of making Cottage Pie - but my husband doesn't really like pasta nor aubergine, I fancied something with a bit more of a Morrocan taste and I had some stilton to finish up. If you like Mousakka, I'm sure you'll appreciate this.

250g extra lean beef mince
Onion
Pepper
Garlic

potatoes
About an ounce of strong Stilton
Flour
Milk
Cinnamon
Oregano
Thyme
