Occupation: Captain of the Highland Youth Brigade/Doormat.
Physical Description: Somewhat ... thick, as it were. Not too thin, yet not heavy. A man of medium build, it seems. Short, tawny hair swept backwards, with three prominant fangs sticking out into the middle of nowhere. Always with a goofy smile, too ... somewhat irritating to some, but not so to othes.
Mental Condition / Personality: Not stupid like most people tend to think, in fact, he's quite clever, and quite calculating. Sly is a good way to put it, though his personality tends to be a blatant mockery of whomever he's usually speaking to.
History: Nothing unusual about his childhood, save the day that his baby sister Ultema, was ... found on the doorstep or some such, the details being a little fuzzy ... after all, it was twenty-five years ago. He always had a good relationship with his sister, in her younger years, protecting her. Though he doesn't really go by the last name his sister does, as his father and mother always told him, that it wasn't for him. Rowd became the Captain of the Unicorn Brigade stationed at Kyaro. He and Ultema have a sister who is blind and have been trying to take her to a doctor in Toran, but didn't have enough money.
