With what they're making it? They don't know. Creator Over-Now heard of Mugen several months after starting the 'project', and said that he might use it. OK... a little late, no? Plus, Mugen merely allows you to rip characters from other games - not create new games. Besides, the site looks like shit. They've stolen just about all of their graphics. Disregarding the fact that the mere creation of the game is a copyright infringement... you think two people (or should I say one person, because Over-Now does everything besides the storylines and the sound & music) can make a game in several months, that's about three times as big as MK Trilogy? Yeeeaaah right. You might be thinking "why is he getting so worked up about this". Well, although lots of people are already convinced that the game is a dumb lie, there are of course always the newbies and the younger kids who don't realise they're being screwed.
