I realized that the 'Tenrai' character profiles here were ridiculously simple and the art was rather out-dated, so for the best ability to recognize them in the comics, I clipped pictures of the characters from the comics and will present them here with some general information about the characters. I aimed for a low amount of "spoilers" when writing this, but I'm not finished yet...this may take a while...

Ameko "the Whirlwind"
An acquaintance of Hikusaak. Luc and Sasarai's mother of sorts.

Aracio
A young, crippled priest from the Northeast.

Asa
Harmonian priest, assistant to Bishop Hikami
Dana 'Wayobou' ("Boat person")
Soft-spoken nun and Counsel member, a Moderate

Dios Mikhail
A military man with a talent for strategy. Has two children- Darren Marcel and Catrine, with Kina Astraav, his wife. A strong supporter of Bishop Sasarai, particularly after the war in 475.

Evangeline
A singer working in Crystal Valley. Little else is known about her background. Coaches Sasarai in public speaking and promotes Progressive ideals.

Gavelle, Piero
Bishop and Old-Time Conservative Counsel member. Has a long and interesting past not much delved into in these comics. Adoptive father of Eh-Sanih.

Hazel La'Celif
Companion of Ket, eventually a bishop and Counsel member. A strong Conservative and follower of Olia's policies.
Heizan, Dannael
Old-Time Conservative bishop and Counsel member. A friend of Lord Gavelle.

Hikami T'Rainfellour
Conservative bishop and Counsel member. Does most of his work in and around the Circle Temple.

Hikusaak (Kiisan?)
Possibly born Feb. 18, -18 in Finnel Village, State of Serif, North-central Aronia. But then again, maybe not.
Chief Priest and bearer of the Circle Rune as well as father of Luc and Sasarai and nominal leader of Harmonia. Someone hard to figure out.
Ippolito
Priest and Third Class Citizen. In search of his unknown father.
Katsusa
Given to Sasarai as a baby, he becomes something of an adopted son to him.
Piokelito "Ket" Cabrini
Friend of Hazel, student of Olia- eventually a bishop and Conservative Counsel member. Doesn't like Sasarai.
Kina Astraav-Mikhail
Dios' wife.
Kirsten Leipzig
Wife of Teodor Leipzig. A Radical Progressive and Counsel member who is assassinated.
Kisa
A mercenary and accquaintance of Sasarai.
Lena Sulphina
Captain of the Temple Guards. Nash's aunt.
Lia
A young girl living at the Temple.
Lucas Orsini
A priest and sometime friend of Sasarai. Spends many years trying to get on the Counsel and eventually succeeds.
Mino
A mercenary and messenger.
Dr. Miyo and Saga
A doctor from the north who stays on as Temple physician, and his granddaughter, who later becomes a doctor herself.
Mori
A girl with mysterious magic abilities, sent to live and work with Sakurazaki.
Nami
A girl with mysterious magic abilities, who lives for a time with Sasarai.
Nash Latjke
An employee of Sasarai. A spy, sneak, and all around good-hearted rogue.
Natalie
Caregiver of the young Luc and Sasarai.
Nika
Sasarai's assistant.

High Priestess of Fatyl and a Conservative Counsel member.

A fisherman from Eastern Harmonia.
