It was muddy all the way. The weather in this place was alternating rain and
sun that particular time. I hated the mud at first, but later, Choice, Chance and I
came to love walking back and forth in the mud , in our boots, till they looked like
the brown mixture that mom prepares when baking cakes. Across the muddy
ricefield was a plantation of trees called "bagras" as you can see. This kind
of tree produces hard wood mostly used for post or braces.

I saw this cow under the bagras trees. I did not notice her at first as I
was fixing my gaze upon the grassy path looking for a firmer ground
to step into, avoiding the mud. She sounded her "moooo" upon seeing us. I
could not tell whether she was happy to see us or annoyed by our voices
that surely distracted the usual peace of her surroundings. I was startled
but happy to see her. Afterwards, she went back to her munching.

We stopped for a few minutes to catch our breaths. Mario gave us some
refreshing young coconut fruit water which did quench our thirst.
