There are several dozen factory like units of production in the mountains of Peru. The Old State claims these are slave camps. Yet the workers work as work is done, and the goods are sold in the villages. The workers recieve better than they did before. The PCP always pays for what it gets. If There is only a few hundred subversives, as the Old State claims, then why can't they "liberate" these "slave camps?" And why can't they defeat the Peoples War? Because of the support of the People. Without this, no oppressor can win.

We need posters, leaflets, and documents in the format that they can be put into little booklets when printed, preferebly in Spanish. Viva la Guerra Popular!
