Hotbar is a new feature for Microsoft Internet Explorer 4.0 or higher browsers to have a colored, decorated toolbar rather than a plain gray one. Click on a skin preview below to install it to your computer. More will be added soon, but if you have a certain design you would like, let me know.

Most of these are specially customized for members of The Site Fights, but if there is a particular skin design you would like, you can let me know, and I might be able to make it. By the way, these skins are my design, so please don't claim any to be yours or add any to another public skin collection.
