"Jean, I don't wanna go out.  We just got here and I am tired."
"Oh come on Liz. Its not like we have anything to do tomorrow.  No work, no classes so lets seize the day and check out the night scene."
"Where are we gonna go?"  Liz was losing this fight and she knew it.  She could never seem to win one with Jean.
"Well let's see, I've heard about Solar and Millennium, which do you prefer?"
"Millennium sounds cool.  Let's try there."
"Millennium it is. Let's go get ready."  Jean jogged up the stairs to put herself together and Liz soon followed.
Jean and Liz had moved to Tampa earlier that day.  They had begun talking about the move when Liz was a junior in college.  Both had wanted out of the small town that they had both grown up in.  Liz had a deeper reason for moving, however.  She needed to start over where no one knew her.  Back home, everyone thought she was a player, and that was when they were nice about it.  When some girls described her, the words 'slut' and 'whore' were often used.  She never had just one guy; three or four was more like it.  After losing the one guy she thought she could settle down with someday caused her to reevaluate her life.  Ever since then she had been single and actually a lot happier.  Now was her chance to start over and this time she wasn't going to screw it up.

Same Time:
"AJ, are you ready yet?"
"Keep your pants on there Nicky boy."
"I make no promises tonight, J."
AJ came out of his bedroom to the living room where Nick was waiting impatiently.  "Damn man, take a cold shower.  You really need to get some."
"What do you mean, 'get some.'"  You make it sound like I haven't had sex in years."  The truth was, Nick hadn't been with anyone for over a year.  And it had been even longer since the girl meant anything to him.  Since the Backstreet Boys had called it quits, there were no longer tons of girls willing to sleep with him.  It was getting a little frustrating.
"Come on man.  Let's get going.  Millennium should be hopping tonight."
"Millennium?  I thought Club 64 was on tap for tonight."
"Nah man, Millennium is where all the fine ladies are at."
"Aight man, whatever," Nick said as he and AJ left the house.
