As a little side note, I want to let you all know that this poem was written with my boyfriend in mind. Most other poems about love are just there because I had a sudden burst of inspiration from a song or such.... This time, my inspiration was Casey...

Late at night, I lay in my cold, empty bed,
thinking of how I long to be in your arms,
I always miss the warmth and security of them
and as I lie there, I also pray
I pray that you will always love me
the same way that I'll always love you
and when I finally get myself to sleep
I dream about our lives together
and all the good things our love brings

I don't know what my life would be like without you, and I pray every night (hoping that there is some form of deity out there to hear my prayers) that I never have to find out.
