Ice's latest release proves the Iceman is still comin' strong. Bi-Polar is debatedly his best yet, as some argue it even tops the excellent Mind Blowin'.

This album is a double-feature on one CD: the first half is rock, the second half is rap. The rock is the heavier style introduced in Hard to Swallow, but it has a much more refined sound. The rap is solid hip hop. Though less on the party-side, it's definately some good cruisin' music.

Bi-Polar is another Ice album that should not be missed out on. It *is* good - not just in terms of Ice, but in terms of artists everywhere.
