Hello to the London G&S Spociety!! I don't think this site is as bad as you've made out. I was a little dissapointed to finally look at it after everything you all said. Even the painted photo at the top isn't that bad!!!!! She seems to have been rather quiet on the Savoynet lately as well. Oh, well, I'm sure she'll be back to her usual form before too long. By the way, she's a nice bit of stuff as well. I always imagined her as being a pimply pig. "Griffenfeld": I'm still waiting for that tape of the Leon Berger concert BTW, at least the Pinafore and Fallen Fairies excerpts.

"Governor Griffenfeld" (?!???!?!oh, dear...) should really stop using silly aliases, we all know who he is anyway, and he should have the courage of his convictions and use his real name (like me!). Having said all that, perhaps I should explain that there is a little core group of the London G&S Society,which includes "Griffenfeld" nd myself as well as several others, who are also on the Savoynet and who regard Rica as a bit of a joke, due to her s lly and self opinionated postings to the mailing list. I've never met the lady and have nothing against her as a person, but we all think she seems a bit of a joke!!! Speaking as a professional web designer, I must admit that the site isn't actually very good, although there are certainly worse around. However the photoshop picture at the top is a bit dire really, isn't it?? We all think it's hilarious and very pretent ous.... No offence Rica!! I actually rather look forward to your postings, they always put a smile on my face, just not in quite the way that you perhaps intended....

Rica, this page has changed so much since the last time I saw it. I must make a comment on the Ari pages: Never have I ever seen so many people say so many unanimously wonderful things about one person. I am sad I never had a chance to meet someone who was apparently so extraordinarily amazing and loved by so many. He and Lisa seem to me to have been the cutest couple EVER and I can't even imagine what it would be like to lose someone so close to me and so special to so many people. His memory alone h s touched my spirit and reminded me how important it is to live life to the fullest EVERY DAY.
