Wong Hei, Jessica and most of the cast are all customs specialising in different areas some in investgating, aboard on ships, at the airport.
Wong hei is the head of an investigating team and under him are various people including Jessica, Jade, Muk Bao, Fiona.
Lisa Wong acts as the head of wong hei's investigating team and as a team they investigate in matters such as pirated goods.
Wong hei appears to be cold but is actually warm inside. He finally develops a relationship with Jessica after he rejected her many times.
Jessica, on the other hand, was at first a typical young women. She was cheerful, bubbly and is serious about her work.
Muk Bao is also a customs in wong hei's team, he is efficient in working and is honest and trustworthy in person. He develops a relationship with joyce tang, fiona yuen and jade leung.
