Contrary to the last years, this year the Festival

From the moment of our arrival we were occupied
with our show, repetitions and the necessary advertisement. It was especially
important for the topic of the piece to have Arab spectators.
In the beginning, one of the spectators
created a living statue about oppression. (photos 06-13) After this he sculpted the ideal situation
(Photos 14-17), and finally the actors, who were the “material” of
these sculpture, were moving from the oppression to the ideal situation. (video)
And then we have begun the spectacle. It
is the play, that we have performed in the festival two years

report on our performance, and on the plot. Abed the ex-collaborator, who is
threatened by the house-owner of his flat (photos 18-21
an video*
), goes to his agent of the secret service (photos 22-27
and video *), to take what
he deserve. Then he is going to look for a job and meets David, a seller of
peanuts (photos 28-36
and two videos *), and finally he
goes to his mistress and tells her his troubles
(photos
37-40 and video*) . And then the bullet passes to the
spectators (photo

with a vocal improvisation (photos 60-66).
Some spectators continued to discuss with
us the problem of ex-collaborators in
It was not easy to achieve the play,
especially that most members of the NEMASHIM group are still occupied with
their final exams. But we have a lots of projects for
the future, and we hope that we will have the financial possibility to achieve
them.
All video-clips are not very heavy, and
the resolution is not very good. If you want better video-clips, I will send
them with joy ([email protected]
). The whole show was in Hebrew, and so the video-clips.
