q      Coordinated Vitamin A Supplementation related activities in preparation of pilot for post NID’s VAS with key stakeholders (UNICEF, EPI and NP FP& PHC).

q      Worked with UNICEF, EPI and NP FP & PHC team in preparation of plan for Pakistan on Vitamin A Supplementation presented in South Asian Regional Meeting on Acceleration of Vitamin A Supplementation in Thailand in February, 2005.

q      Followed up finalization of Grant Agreement between Micronutrient Initiative and UNICEF Pakistan for initiating pilot project in uncovered areas in the 34 Phase-I EPI districts.

q      Experienced in collaborating with UNICEF, WHO, Canadian International Development Agency, World Bank, International Finance Corporation, Save the Children USA, DFID, USAID, Asian Development Bank, JICA, KfW in health development.

▪       The Micronutrient Initiative (MI) is a not-for-profit organization specialized in addressing micronutrient malnutrition.
