This is because differ in capabilities, abilities and thoughts and therefore we can't make the same decisions. Being self-is the most essential thing that one can ever be. But it is not easy for people to accept themselves of what they are, what they can do or afford. As a result they limit themselves from reaching their goals in life since they give their keys away and tend to use other people key to open their way. It has never worked like this before unless start with you to use a different key to open lock that is not meant to. Stick to your keys and make good use them and they will do for you what you want . Improve your body chemistry.
- Your body and brain are in a feedback loop: A bad mood makes you tired, which makes your mood worse, and so forth. Interrupt the pattern by getting up and moving around. Take a walk or eat something healthy.
Focus on what's going well.
- The primary reason you're convinced it's a bad day is that you're focusing on whatever went wrong. However, for everything going badly, there are probably dozens of things going well. Make list, and post it where it's visible.
Expect something wondrous.
- Just as an attitude of doom and gloom makes you see more problems, facing the future with a sense of wonder makes you alive to all sorts of wonderful things that are going on, right now, everywhere around you.
Keep a diary to reflect your thoughts.
- By recording your daily thoughts, you can actually see a pattern develop right before you that shows a string of positive or negative thoughts. Write down thoughts and feelings as they loom large and try to spot the triggers that have resulted in either positive or negative thoughts. Taking just twenty minutes to follow your pattern of thinking at the end of every day can be a valuable way to identify what went wrong and what you can do to improve.
Explore your creative side.
- If you haven't had a chance to explore your creative side, now's the time. Taking the time to be artistic and to work with your hands or explore your most original thoughts can do wonders for your power to think outside the box and to therefore think positively. Even if you don't think you're naturally inclined toward creativity, there are a number of ways you can express yourself to become more positive.
