| 1. First find someone who plays Magic the Gathering and ask them to play a game for you. See all the mechanics and cards. See if your interested in playing Magic. |
| 2. If you're sure you will commit time and guts to play the greatest game on earth: Magic the Gathering go to the store and buy a starter deck. It has 2 preconstructed decks that you can play right away with a friend. |
| 3. These are the simple phase steps after you're opponent has finished his turn. 1. Draw pahse ( Draw a card from your library (deck) now!) 2. Untap phase ( Untap everything you have tapped) 3. Upkeep ( pay any upkeep cost or play an instant) 4. Main phase ( Play any card you can) 5. Combat phase ( If you have the guts, attack) 6. Second main ( Same as first main phase) 7. Say done ( you can't do anything and your turn is over) |
