| 1 Stompy (Beatdown): Stompy decks are really powerful they use fast elves to get mana twice as quick as their opponenet to bring in beefy creatures into play on the third or forth turn. The most common elf in Stompy is Llanowar elf ( tap: add 1 green to your mana pool.) 2. Weenie: Type 2 doesn't really use weenie decks but weenie decks are mostly white . They use creatures that are easy to play but have low power and toughness. Thay Over power their opponent when they have too many small creatures to block. 3. Discard: All discard decks are black, Uses cards like Specter's Wail, and Duress. Makes your opponent discard mostly all of his cards in his hand. 4 Control: Control decks can be any color, they use cards that bassically give you control of the game, (My fav. Mishra's helix.) 5. Counter: All Counter control decks are blue. Use counterspells and all sorts of things to make your opponent not have the cards that he needs. 6. Burn: All Burn decks are Red. Use cards like shock and Searing wind to kill your opponent on the fifth turn. 7. Life gaining: The name explains it Usually White, can be Green as well, Get you up to so much life that taking 20 damage is a walk in the park.
