"What's the status on that ship?"
Sitting on his seat casually, Heero Yuy, captain of the Wing space ship and also the Prince of Earth, asked his crew.
"It's the Shinigami, your highness."
The reporter announced. Heero didn't like people calling him that, but it was no use telling them.
"There are about 120 aboard the ship. Little is known about their captain, Duo Maxwell. But they say once you've seen Shinigami, you're likely to be dead. Hence the name Shinigami, a Japanese term for Death. And the interesting thing is..."
Heero quietly picked his wine glass and drank. He saw his reporter smiling at the report on the paper and raised a brow.
"And?"
"Captain of the Sandrock, Quatre Raberba Winner, is aboard as well. It seems Sandrock was engaged in a little battle a week ago and the ship was taken by the attackers. They had everyone aboard hostage, but Maxwell saved Winner and couple of his crewmembers. The attackers are unknown at the moment, but it wont be for long. My men are already on it."
The reporter looked up from his paper and smirked.
"The captains of the Shinigami and the Sandrock. It's like hitting two birds with one stone."
"Hn."
Heero smiled, resting his chin on his hand. The black ship in front of his eyes was moving straight for their ship.
"..So, that's the Shinigami.."

"Take a look at that beauty, Quatre."
Duo Maxwell, captain of the Shinigami, whistled in amazement.
"Wing... one of the biggest ship known to mankind. I never thought I could see it this close."
Captain of the Sandrock, Quatre Raberba Winner, was truly awestruck with his glittering eyes.
"Duo!! You can't just go straight to them! What if they attack?!"
Shinigami's second in command, Solo, rose from his seat.
"Relax, my man. If they planned to attack, they would've done so long time ago."
Duo smiled at Solo and turned back to the large glass. He was just as excited as Quatre was, but for a different reason.
Hmm. I wonder how much that would worth if I... Solo, seeing his captain smile inwardly, knew right away what was happening.
"No, Duo. If you're thinking what I think you're thinking, then forget it."
Gge.. Duo turned to Solo, trying to look confused.
"What are you talking about?"
"Don't play dumb, Duo Maxwell. I know you. But let me remind you that aboard that ship is one of the elite navigators and warriors known to earth, not to mention the captain, Prince Heero himself."
Duo smiled.
"So?"
Solo sighed in stress.
"If you fuck with them, you're fucking with the whole planet, Duo. You know that."
Just when Duo was about to say something, one of the crew yelled.
"Hey, Duo! Wing wants to contact us. Accept it?"
Duo and Solo looked at each other. Duo smiled and yelled.
"Of course! Connect it to the big screen."
Quatre backed away from the large glass so he could look at the monitor as well.
"Good afternoon, members of the Shinigami. This is the Wing."
A middle-aged man was visible on the big screen, and several figures sitting at the far back. Everyone knew that that the one in the middle was the prince, for he looked elegant just by sitting there.
"Ahh..., good morning actually. I just woke up."
Everyone was amazed of how casual Duo was. The middle-aged man chuckled.
"We go by the earth time. And you must be Duo Maxwell, the captain of Shinigami. Am I right?"
"That's me all right. I must be pretty popular if people aboard the Wing knows my name."
Duo crossed his arms.
"Yes, I am afraid so. But, to our business. Our prince wishes to speak with you, personally. You should be honored."
"Sure. Where should I meet him?"
Everyone gasped, including the man on the screen.
"Insolence!! How dare you talk like that in the presence of the Prince!!"
Quatre was sweating and a long sigh came from Solo.
"Whoa, chill out. I just wanted to know where I should meet him."
The man calmed down and cleared his throat.
"We will send some of our men to your ship and they will escort you here."
Duo shook his head.
"Don't bother. I wont see him."
"What!?"
"Duo!?"
"Dammit!"
The man, Quatre, and Solo yelled at the same time.
Heero, watching Duo from the monitor, twitched his eyebrow as well.
"What kind of a game is this?!"
The man was about to explode.
"If he wants to see me, then he has to come to me. That's basic manner. And if your prince doesn't know that, you should teach him to have a common sense. Good- bye."
Duo pushed the connection off.
"DUO!!"
Everyone in the Shinigami yelled.
Duo stiffened and turned to see everyone glaring at him.
"You did it this time, Duo."
Solo put his hands on his waist.
"Duo, you could be on the blacklist of the government."
Quatre looked worried.
"The prince is just a symbol, Quatre. He has nothing to do with the government. Besides, the government isn't much influential out here in space."
"It is on Earth."
Both Duo and Quatre turned to Solo.
"And Earth has connections with the OZ and the OZ has connections with practically the whole universe. You said the prince has nothing to do with the government? Ha, then what were those generals and the politicians doing in that ship with him?"
Duo blinked.
"You recognize them?"
Solo sighed deeply.
"Things are not how they used to be on Earth, Duo. Now, a huge war could outbreak just with the prince's nod. They, the Earth, wants to show who's boss and spitting at the prince is like spitting at Earth itself. Our life was given by Earth, and it could be easily taken away by Earth."
Duo was quiet until Quatre gasped. Duo turned just in time to see the giant Wing pass by. He looked up and saw a figure standing by the glass shield. It was Heero, looking down at him. Duo smiled and saluted him with two fingers.
"Your highness!"
The reporter called.
"What is it?"
Heero answered, not turning away from the thick glass.
"I have identified the attackers of the Sandrock, your highness."
"Oh?"
Heero raised a brow, but still didn't look away from the glass.
"It seems to be one of the unit of OZ."
Heero was surprised at first, but regained his coolness and smiled. He finally turned to his reporter.
"Contact Relena. We are going to pay her a little visit."

*IMPORTANT*
This story is kind of odd.(duh?) All the Gundam pilot's relationship with one another, you can forget. Although there will be a little HeeroxDuo, TrowaxQuatre kinda thing going on. Except for Heero, the Gundam pilots are just a commander of a ship and their occupation: Pirates/Missionaries (giggle) They do what pirates do when they encounter enemies, and do what missionaries do when there is a good offer. Sounds like a fun job, eh? So they're on the "Planet's Most Wanted." And what Heero does is interesting. He is Prince of Earth(bear with me here) and also the pilot of the Wing, the biggest space ship ever made. He uses his Wing to chase and capture people like Duo and Quatre, so I guess you can say he works for the government in a way(bounty hunter). But by choice, not by command. I guess Heero got bored in the fancy castle life. There will only be a little reference to the King and Queen so don't ask me what kind of people Heero's parents are, because that is a good question.
OZ exists in this story and they favor earth because for now, earth is financially powerful. And yes, Relena will appear in the next and several other episodes.(hear booing and things being thrown) I am well aware that some of you hate Relena, but please, some people does like her. As for me, I kind of like her or I guess you can say I admire her. Her pride, kindness, and especially her guts, deserves to be recognized. (Well, not in this series but in my other GW series "Enemies") But don't worry. I like Heero being with Duo better than Relena.
Oh boy. I have started to make a new series again. I have started on a lot of GW series all at once. Pretty soon I will get all my stories mixed up. For those of you willing to take the challenge to keep reading, good luck. I need all the luck I can get to finish all of them..^_^; Well, as always, it is past my bed time(6am. Haha) and I need some beauty sleep. (No really)
