| A very nice surprise for all of the convention attendees was the Gamera display room which housed lots of information on the original Gamera series. As you can see from the above picture, one of the most impressive parts of this room was the art display. It was hard to walk by the room and not at least stop to take a peek at this huge painting. Also in the room were two detailed displays, one with information and the theater posters from each of the different movies, and the other had information about each of the different foes that Gamera had to face. There also many other photos, artwork, collectibles, and more available to be seen. Truely a nice addition to the convention experience, which I hope will be a continuing tradition in future years. |
