| This year's costume contest was as impressive as always. My personal favorite was the Mechagodzilla, which I had heard made appearances at some other conventions previously. The format this year was done in sort of a parade style. The main presentation room was just too small to fit the crowd in so the costumes started out there and made there way along the main hall to circle around and give everyone a good view of the participants. With a range of monsters and even human characters this contest provided a good show. Below are two of the more impressive costumes, and some of the crowd gathering for pictures. |
