| This year's model contest was amazing. A lot of people turned out with some great kits. There was everything including scratch built, diorama, and stand alone. The picture below shows some of the detail that was put into these kits. On top of all the kits in the contest, the guys in charge of the model sessions put on a great show. I sat in on Larry Brackney's and Stan Hyde's sessions and got a lot of great tips as always. They covered all the subjects including basics for begginers, building dioramas, a look at rare kits, and a great presentation on making toys into models. |
