CH SHOUTA GO GOLD TYPHOON JP

Copper came into our home quite by chance. He was an older dog when we got him, without much training or socialization, but we could tell he was a "natural" showman. He finished in a short four months in 2002. In 2003 he was in the Top Twenty breed and all breed, with several group placements to his credit. In 2004 he qualified for the AKC/ Eukanuba "National Championship Show" in the number 15 spot, having missed qualifying by just a few points the previous year.

At the Ventura shows in early July 2004, we talked to Carol Goozey about doing a painting of Copper. She had done many different breeds, but had never done a Shiba before. When she got started she said she couldn't stop even though she had other work to do. The cover is her rendition of what she thinks Copper looks like.... we think she did him proud.

On January 1st, 2005 Copper celebrated his seventh birthday. Copper is a great Shiba and Al's best friend. Copper will make a limited amount of appearance this year -- just because he enjoys it so much and we enjoy showing him! His other favorite thing is visiting certain fragrant females, and he's made some beautiful pups that are on their way to their championships as well.
