It's not terribly hard to dump all this stuff onto your calculator - once you've got the proper linking software installed, just send it all to the archive.  All the files I sent may not fit on at once, so send all the apps, Mirage, and other stuff, saving the games for last.  Oh, and make sure you always have at least 35,000 bytes of archive open, or the games will go kind of screwy.

ALCDFIX is a program that you'll only need if, when you try to run games in Mirage, the graphics are all messed up.  If they are, just run the program and everything should fix itself; otherwise, just delete it.
