| A really cute dog I adopted from the veterinary emergency center I work at 10 years ago. She was a 10 week old stray with a fractured pelvis. When I walked by her cage she whined. It was love at first site for us both. |

| Despite her fractured pelvis she has been happy and relatively healthy for the past eight years. We have weathered bee stings, skin problems, a tornado and now arthritis and knee surgery.She is a trooper and an inspiration to me as well. |
