I played selections from the CD, read a little from the novel, which is now available at the store, and met lots of friendly Bakersfield locals.

Butte County Library, Oroville
I read from the novel and played selections from the CD. Check back to find out when the library's copies of the novel will be available.

Book Haven
I read from the novel, played selections from the CD and talked about jazz and writing. Just before heading back home, I spent some welcome time relaxing by the Monterey Bay.
