Born in Portland, Darla Kay
Boljat grew up in Tigard and currently calls Sherwood, Oregon home. She
paints landscapes in her studio. Darla says "I love Sherwood and
all of Oregon’s beautiful landscapes. I could paint scenery here
in Oregon for the rest of my life and still never finish painting all
the wonderful sites Oregon has to offer." |

Scott
Cherry – Vice President
Scott Cherry graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelors of Performing Arts degree, then went on to a 20 year career as a professional entertainer. Scott was a professional ballet dancer and has performed in ballet companies all over the US (to include Oregon Ballet Theatre), and has toured with companies in France and Mexico. He has performed in over 75 different musical productions throughout the nation, has performed on cruise ships, has had parts in two movies, and has been seen in several commercials and print ads. Scott has recently added directing and set design to his resume as he has directed the Christmas program for Woodhaven Community Church for the last 2 years. Scott's favorite and most challenging role, though, is entertaining his 3 sons! Scott, his wife, and sons have lived in Sherwood for over 4 years. |

Lori Randel has been a resident of Sherwood for 14 years. She picked up her Bachelors in Geography/Cartography (as well as her husband Larry) at Northern Arizona University. A life-long arts and crafts enthusiast, college art classes included ceramics, stained glass, and graphic arts. She was fortunate to have had Dick Beasley, world famous calligrapher, as an instructor. Lori spent several years drawing city maps while living in Oklahoma City and then went on to become the largest rubber art stamp dealer in Oklahoma as the owner of Eureka Stamps! Since moving to Sherwood, Lori and her rubber stamps have spent many years volunteering at local schools and art festivals. She currently dabbles in collage, bookmaking and recycled art. Her son Alex (SHS 04) is currently a student at Northern Arizona University and her daughter Amy (SHS 07) is at PSU. |

Patti Barrow earned her Bachelors in Music Education with emphases in Vocal Pedagogy and Choral Conducting. While a private voice teacher for 16 years, Patti pursued her own studies with renowned performers and teachers. In addition to directing many youth and community choirs, she sang in various venues within the United States and in Europe, performed with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir and soloed with the Utah Symphony and Chorus. She has adjudicated many local and state vocal competitions, American Mothers National Competitions and scholarship adjudications for National Association of Teachers of Singing (NATS). Upon moving to Sherwood two years ago, she decided to forgo private teaching and use that time and energy to further the Arts opportunities in Sherwood. Patti currently sings with the Sherwood Chorale, serves as Chairman of the Sherwood Cultural Arts Commission, and is a board member on the Sherwood Foundation for the Arts. She and her husband, also a musician, live in Sherwood and have two children. |
