How The Legend Began

The Fight That Began Long Ago Continues....

*The scene opens to a beautiful blue sky with gentle swirling clouds under a shining sun*

Long, long ago, the Earth was a bountiful and peaceful world. All over was splender, hope, and prosperity. But no other country was as blessed or powerful as the nation of Egypt. Peaceful, intelligent lived with the mortal humans, patiently teaching them agriculture, writing, math, astronomy, and other studies that will ensure their future and stability.

But not all gods were satisified with being with the humans and teaching them...not all gods were peaceful and forgiving as the others were. Jealousy and hate began to fill the heart of one particular god.....jealously over the king of the gods and his powers, and his wife. Over the years, the jealously grew so much, it caused him to this god to committ an unspeakable horror...

*The scene darkens, and a young woman's voice screams in the distance;

"NOOOOO! How could you? How could you do this? He was your brother! HE WAS YOUR BROTHER!!!*

The ancient nation is immediately plunged into darkness as the king of the benevolent god is killed, and a sorrowful wife mourns the loss of her husband.

*The scene changes once more to a stormy sky with lightening flashing. The scene quickly changes to an underground tomb, where it is dark except for torches hanging along the walls. A woman's shadowy figure falls to her knees in front of a large, elaborately drawn sarcophagus. She places her hands in her face sobbing, then leans against the sarcophagus, her body shaking with sobs.*

Soon, hunger, war, and disease spread across the once beautiful land, and humans lost their faith and trust in the gods. Millions die under the harsh conditions. Unable to stay by any longer, the wife of the slain king of the gods somehow manages to rally the other gods against the evil god, and after a long and bloody battle, the black hearted god was defeated.

*The scene changes to another large tomb, where a large and muscular figure lifts up a medium sized vase and laughs maniacally. Suddenly, he is surrounded by a group of figures, each wearing a mask the symbolized an animal well known in Egypt. They raise their hands and shot out a heavy beam of white light energy. The large figure screams in frustration, and disappears. The vase falls to the ground with a soft thud.*

The evil god that plotted against humanity was defeated, but barely so. Only part of his powers and immortality was sealed away, weakening him greatly. But the victory of the other gods came at a cost; the soul of their king was lost amidst the battle, and had fallen into the Underworld. In the confusion, the soul had lost his identity, making it impossible to find him. Heartbroken, his wife managed to partially resurrect him, but it was only his body....an empty shell of what the king once was. Now he is cold, distant, and barely able to function as a king or father. Each day brings more heart ache to the queen as she watches her husband become more and more of a shell.

Now, thousands of years later, an ancient tomb of a pharoah has been found, and with it, more mysteries and questions about the ancient world.

*The scene changes to modern times, where a young girl, looking to be about 18, sits up in bed and yawns*

Young Tari Baltimore has decided to come to Egypt with her archeologist father to figure those mysteries, and with it, try to restablish a relationship that was thought long gone.

*The scene flashes to Tari just coming out of a medium sized hole in an underground tomb, where it is dusty and dark. She shines her flashlight, and sees a vase inside a glass casing on top of of a stone pedestal near the sarcophagus. She takes the glass casing off, and picks up the vase. A moment later after looking it over, she tries to put the vase back...but it slips out of her hands, and falls to the ground, where it smashes into many pieces. Moments later, black smoke rises from pieces and a loud laughter fills the tomb. The black smoke swirls around Tari and escapes the hole in the door she came through. When the laughter finally stops, Tari looks around, but finds she is alone. A bright light flashes, and she is suddenly looking at two women wearing ancient Egyptian clothing.*

Now Tari is the chosen one to help defeat the evil that is released, and help find the reborn soul of the true king of the ancient gods. Will she fulfill her destiny? Only her faith in herself and the gods can answer that. But she will need all the help she could get...because if evil wins...all loses. Share in her journey, as she helps brings forth:
