Some flowers bloom and fade
in the eve they shine
for such a short while
but I believe this in one
that will always make you smile
petite, and pretty it blossoms
and even in times of rest the
beauty and fragrance of this rose
is always at it's best
though she feels
there are those
much beyond her in compare
I have never seen one that
is as precious or rare
so she can continue her beliefs
for that is her
choice it's true
but to me my Valentine rose
is pure springtime, there is none
more beautiful than you.
