I would have never known
How love could be
So wonderful
So awesome
And how blessed I really am
For each and every day
I have on this earth.
I'm so thankful
That I had the chance
To have a friend like you
To be there for me
To love me and care about me
And I hope that you
Felt the same way about me.
I'm not upset
That our love has faded
And I will never regret
Each and every day
That I spent
When I was in love
With you
You showed me how to live
Life to the fullest
You helped me to see
That It's better to have loved
Someone as wonderful as you
Then to never have loved at all...
