Disgusted by who I was

That I felt like you were second best
People used me and hurt me
And I did the same to you

Who stayed by my side
As I cried bitter tears
Of not only heartache
But of embarassment
That I hadn't loved you
The way you loved me
Because I had only seen
What my eyes had seen.
