Traveling through the universe, plants,
stars, galaxies, and heavens,
the Son of God came to abide in the
warm security of Mary's womb.
In the fullness of time He came forth
to be birthed in a stable.
God had come to earth,
having gone on the longest
missionary journey; heaven to earth.
All of this, and much more,
because of His perfect love
for mankind,.
Him, who was without sin,
bore our sins and died on a cross.
Christmas time reaffirms the
world's greatest gift and display
of love, caring and hope.
It gives us an opportunity to renew
our love for Christ and give
the best gift of all;
Ourselves, to God.
This is one of the greatest
blessings of Christmas.
