In the Garden

I ^(A)come to the ^(E)Garden a^(A)lone, while the ^(A)dew is ^(E)still on the ^(A)roses

And the ^(D)voice I hear, falling ^(A)on my ^(E)ear, the ^(A)Son of ^(E)God ^(A)discloses

He speaks, and the sound of His voice, is so sweet the birds hush their singing

And the melody, that He gave to me, within my heart is ringing

But He bids me go, thru’ the voice of woe, His voice to me is calling
