Wanda-Jean ran away from home Nov.10th of 1979, the night before her 15th birthday. She was in and out of Fair Harbor, a shelter for homeless and runways, she did not follow their rules and regulations any more then she followed the ones here at home. They would kick her out when she lost her points, after afew days they would let her back. I would meet with her and councilers there and get her setup for counciling and then she would not go. The police basically lost track of her movements in April and therefore believe that is when she died.
Sept. 29th 1980 a dog dragged her skull to its home. The police verified it was human and a search found the rest of her remains Oct. 1st 1980.
Wanda-Jean was known by a lot of people, and I believe there is someone out there that could be of help to the police in this case. All the leads they had led no where. There was very little newpaper or news on tv about this case. I need to get it out there and on peoples minds. Hopefully I can refresh someones memory

I mentioned at the beginning of this page that Wanda ran away the night before her 15th birthday and she was not here to see her 16th. I had to visit her at the grave site.
Hope nobody ever has to go through this, but I know there are alot who have gone through it, and sorry to say I know there will be more.
